Tutorial Round Up: Pillows

As I often read in home dec magazines, nothing freshens up a room like new pillow covers. With their small surface, trying new patterns and techniques is a small commitment - with big impact!

  1. I am sorry I had trouble listening to your lead in... the music road over your voice. I tried adjusting treble/ brass and other settings but that did not help.

As to the rest of the pod-casts 9&10 it was enjoyable. It inspired me to finish knitting my baby hats... I have several that were half finished.

    Keep on posting.

  2. Hi - Yes, I had a lot of trouble with music editing this week. Ran out of time to fix. Sorry about that...

    Thanks for listening.

  3. There is an article in the May/June 2010 issue of Fons & Porter called Quilt Hourglass Units. I don't know if you have found a way to get through the triangle trauma (<---Joke), but this might help. I would also recommend a book called Around the Block. It is by Judy Hopkins. You probably have to buy it used. It really helps making a whole bunch of different blocks in a variety of sizes.

  4. @Jaye - Great suggestions. Thank you! Triangle Trauma is always a real possibility when I'm at the rotary-cutting helm. :-)
