Hi! I really like listening to your podcasts and just yesterday I was listening to one of the two latest (can't remember which) where you said you hate turning tiny tubes. Well, just so happens this morning I ran across this on the Sew4Home blog. Hope it helps! :)

Hi Sarah!
ReplyDeleteFound your podcast on the weekend, and I'm catching up on past episodes while I piece blocks in my studio.
I recently did a review of the Oct '10 issue of BHG American Patchwork & Quilting too! Funny thing is, we picked identical quilts as issue favourites. I'm really anxious to make the Granny Squares one.

@ Nancy-Rose - Thanks for the link to your blog. I added it to my bloglines. Maybe we should do a Granny Squares Quilt-a-Long for the blog. What do you think?
ReplyDelete@ Retha - Thank you SO much for the tutorial link. Now I just have to find a way to get ahold of one of those instruments! :-)
Sarah, I am enjoying your podcasts--I'm originally from a little south of Cincinnati and worked for P & G in Cincinnati, so I love hearing the good ole' OH accent. My daughter and I took my granddaughter to American Girl in Chicago for her 8th birthday. Oh my, I felt the money getting sucked out of my pocket when I walked in, but great fun. I love seeing your projects because the fabrics you use are so young and fresh--it helps me figure out what to use for projects for my children and grandchildren. Keep up the wonderful photos, jill953
